After a whole year reviewed by the Tri Hita Karana team, Grand Istana Rama Hotel Kuta Bali has proudly received the Platinum Supplementary Award at the Tri Hita Karana Tourism Award on 25th November 2017 at Gedung Ksiarnawa – Taman Werdhi Budaya Art Center. This achievement is increased compared with the last year Emerald one.
THK (Tri Hita Karana) Tourism Award, is an award presented to hotels that have implemented the THK concepts (Parhyangan, Pawongan and Palemahan) within the hotel’s environment – with hope that the harmony between the hotel and the neighborhood, the harmony with the nature and the harmony with the Creator (God, in this context it means to be respectful and to preserve Balinese cultures) will be forgotten.
Grand Istana Rama Hotel also won second placing as Best Presentation of the Mlapa Mlapi which is one of the most prestigious award in Balinese Cuisine. By participating in this event, the hotel displayed its ability in supporting of Balinese Culture through various food presentations.
Not forgetting to mention Felicia Anindita, the hotel’s Supervisor of Human Resources & General Affair came first place for the Public Relations Simpatik Awards (Non Manager Catergory) at the same event. Felicia Anindita always socializes the THK to all staffs and guests at the hotel and also consistently implement the concept of THK in life everyday and in her work at the Grand Istana Rama Hotel.
