As usual, THK Team of Grand Istana Rama Hotel Bali held a spiritual journey which is usually called as Tirta Yatra. It is a part of Tri Hita Karana’s annual program. The purpose of holding Tirta Yatra is to brings one closer to God, as well as fellow pilgrims, and is an important part of the Tri Hita Karana philosophy of the balance between humans, god and nature

Tirta Yatra this time held on Saturday, 24th February 2018 with the purpose of praying to the 2 temples. The first prayers began at Pancoran Solas Taman Mumbul Sangeh and continues to Taman Ayun Temple.

Pancoran Solas Taman Mumbul temple used to Melukat or purifying body before praying on temple. Melukat is believed to help get rid of the bad energy that might be lingering around that person.  At the end of Melukat, THK Team of Grand Istana Rama Hotel Bali received Tri Datu bracelet – a bracelet made of tricolor string. The red, white, and black colored string represents the Hindu Trinity Gods (Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva), and symbolizes one’s quest for balance, harmony, and understanding.

The second worship did in Taman Ayun Temple, a Royal Temple of Mengwi Empire. The function of Taman Ayun Temple is a place to pray the god in their manifestation.  Temple is set on the land which in surrounded by the big fish pond look like a drift on the water. There is a wide beautiful landscape garden in the front courtyard to welcome THK Team of Grand Istana Rama Hotel Bali who come and visit this temple.
