COVID-19 PRECAUTION PROCEDURE

AT GRAND ISTANA RAMA HOTEL

 

We’ve been following COVID-19 Pandemic issue closely and have taken serious precaution steps since early January 2020 by applying health procedures as below:

  • Guests Will Have to Present Copy of PCR or Rapid Test Certificates Upon Check in

Following Indonesia and Bali Government’s policy on entering Bali, guests must also present copy of valid PCR/ rapid test certificates to prove that they don’t contract with Covid-19 upon check in. Shall guests don’t have this valid PCR/ rapid test certificates, our reception staffs will inform nearest hospital/ clinic who serve for this purpose.

 

  • Guests Body Temperature Measurement Upon Check In

Our reception staff will do the body temperature measurement to guests with proper thermometer gun. Shall guests body temperature indicates a high temperature (37.3oC or above), we will assist to call ambulance or to go to nearest clinic or hospital for further examination.

 

  • Staffs & Suppliers Body Temperature Measurement Before Entering Hotel Premises

Our security team will do body temperature measurement to our staffs with proper thermometer gun. Shall staffs body temperature showing a high temperature (37.3oC), we will not allow them to enter hotel and ask them to go to nearest clinic or hospital for further examination. This is also being applied to our clients, suppliers or vendors before entering hotel.

 

  • All Staffs & Guests are Wearing Mask

Following government’s policy, it is mandatory for all staffs & guests to wear mask inside hotel premises especially on public areas. We also distribute masks to guests who doesn’t wear mask upon check in. Masks are also available inside guest room. They can also buy it easily from our G-Mart outlet.

 

  • Staffs are Wearing Additional Safety Attributes

To enhance our efforts to protect our guests & staffs, it is also mandatory for all concierge, reception, restaurant, and housekeeping staffs to wear safety attributes such as face shield and hand gloves as additions to wearing mask.

 

  • HACCP & Covid-19 Health Protocols Application on Daily Operation at Restaurant

All F&B (Restaurant) staffs are following (HACCP Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point) in daily operations to ensure food hygiene and safety. Meanwhile, Covid-19 Health Protocols which are being applied are physical distancing, body temperature measurement, and optimizing QR Code on transactions.

 

  • Disinfectant Spray at Hotel Premises & Guests Belongings

Disinfectant spray is conducted regularly covering all area of hotel, including guest’s rooms and hotel’s vehicles interior & exterior. We also do disinfectant spray on guest’s shoes and luggage when entering hotel building to give extra protection to all guests & staffs.

 

  • Hand Sanitizers & Hand Wash Basins Placements

Hand sanitizers & hand wash basins are also being placed on several public areas at hotel to give easy effort for guests & staffs to maintain cleanliness.
